Fan projects

Hey Swifties, welcome to the Eras Tour in Warsaw!

Below you will find a description of all fan projects along with downloadable materials as well as a description of all chants and traditions that happen during The Eras Tour.

We would appreciate it if you could pass the page along so that as many concert participants as possible know what we are preparing for Taylor.

We are looking for volunteers for the fan projects!

We are looking for people who will be ready to help organize the fan projects during the concerts.

If you want to help print cards, cut out hearts, or give the signal to start the action in your sector/group on the floor fill out the survey

We will get back to selected people, depending on the number of people and needs in the sector.

main projects

"my reputation's never been WARSAW" during "Delicate"

Every time Taylor sings these lyrics, instead of "worse, so" we have to shout "WARSAW" as loud as possible, creating play on words from the "Delicate" lyrics.

"we POLISH up real nice" during "Bejeweled"

Every time Taylor sings these lyrics we must shout "POLISH" as loudly as possible, creating a play on words and a reference to our country from the "Bejeweled" lyrics.

"WARSAW" during "Blank Space" bridge

It's already a tradition - during the bridge we do chant "Warsaw!" in honor of the most popular chant "Sydney!"

The longest "dziekujemy" (thank you) after "Champagne Problems"

Applause after Champagne Problems is a tradition nevertheless we want to distinguish ourselves by shouting "dziękujemy" (thank you in Polish, prononuncation below) for as long as possible to thank Taylor for all the work.

Flashing lights during "Marjorie"

We want to create a similar effect as it is during "Bejeweled", the flashing lights are meant to symbolize the stars in tribute to Marjorie

special projects

AUGUST 1 - Polish flag during "Mastermind"

People in the lower stands illuminate their flashlights in red (by applying a piece of red card, foil, etc. to the flashlight on their phone) while the upper stands create a white color (simply turn on the flashlights). In this way, the entire stadium will turn into the flag of Poland.

AUGUST 2 - Colorful paper hearts during "Lover" bridge

When Taylor begins the bridge to "Lover," the board and lower stands lift the colorful hearts up, while the upper stands illuminate the flashlights on the phones in different colors (a colorful flashlight can be obtained by applying a piece of colored card, foil, etc. to the flashlight on the phone).

AUGUST 3 - Paper cards with "we POLISH UP real nice" during "Bejeweled"

Anytime Taylor sings the iconic "I polish up real nice" lines we put the cards up.

chants and traditions

FRIENDSHIP BRACELETS

The idea of creating friendship bracelets came from the lyrics of Taylor's song "You're on Your Own, Kid." People are encouraged to create bracelets and exchange them with other fans during concerts.

"1, 2 , 3, let's go bitch"

During the song "Delicate" after Taylor's words "We can't make any promises now, can we, babe? But you can make me a drink," the audience shouts "ONE, TWO, THREE! LET'S GO BITCH."

VIDEO

"Taylor you'll be fine"

During the song "Anti-hero" after the words "Have you heard my hidden narcissism, which I disguise as altruism, like some congressman?" the audience responds "Taylor, you'll be fine."

VIDEO

"You forgive, you forget, but you never let it go"

During the "Bad Blood" bridge, Taylor sings "If you live like that, you live with ghosts," then the audience shouts "You forgive, you forget, but you never let it go."

"MORE"

TBA

"Take us to church, Taylor!"

During the song "Don't Blame Me" after the words "Every time you're, every time you're lovin' me" we say "take us to church, Taylor."

VIDEO

"Where are you going Taylor?"

During "Bejeweled" Taylor sings "By the way" and there is a pause. During this pause we ask Taylor "Where are you going Taylor?" and she replies "I'm going out tonight".

VIDEO

"Fuck the patriarchy!"

During "All Too Well: 10 Minute Version," when Taylor sings "Fuck the patriarchy" we shout it along with her.

VIDEO

Hand heart at "Fearless"

During the bridge of the song "Fearless," Taylor forms a heart with her hands. We join her and also form a heart shape with our hands.

VIDEO

Double clap at "You Belong With Me"

During the song "You Belong With Me," Taylor sings "I'm the one who makes you laugh When you know you're 'bout to cry." After this part we clap our hands twice.

the eras tour warsaw - faq

How old do I have to be to enter the concert alone?

To enter the concert area alone, you must be at least 15 years old on the day of the concert. If you are under 15, you must attend the concert with a guardian, who must have a ticket in the same section as you.

Do I need to have an ID with me?

Yes. When checking tickets, you must have a document confirming your identity, so the organizer can verify the data on the ticket.

What is the process for changing ticket details and reselling it?

On July 18th, eBilet launched the official ticket resale. To sell your ticket, go to the sales page, and to buy a ticket from someone, go to the purchase page.

Selling a ticket incurs an additional fee of 50 złotych. If the ticket does not sell, you will not incur this fee. Once properly listed, the ticket will appear on the site within a maximum of 3 days. You will receive the money within a maximum of 14 days after a potential purchase.

At this moment, VIP tickets cannot be resold.

NOTE: The code you need to enter is NOT A PRESALE CODE, but the ticket number you want to sell.

Each ticket is personalized - that is, it only allows entry to the concert for the person whose details are on the ticket. Except for inability to attend the concert due to documented random factors, changing the data on the ticket is not possible. If you want to change the data and qualify for it, send an application by email to bilety@alterart.pl no later than 3 days before the concert (July 28th for August 1st, July 29th for August 2nd, July 30th for August 3rd). Polish law prohibits selling tickets at a price higher than the original. According to the Code of Offenses: "Anyone who acquires tickets to artistic, entertainment, or sports events for resale at a profit, or who sells such tickets at a profit, is subject to arrest, restriction of liberty, or a fine. Attempting, instigating, and aiding are punishable."
